In a small, conservative Florida town, two unwilling landlords Amanda and Raven are desperate to save their historic home (and their sanity) as tenants keep moving out due to spooky circumstances. When a nefarious politician enters the picture the stakes escalate quickly, sending the duo into a whirlwind of increasingly absurd solutions. With the help of an unlikely crew — including that aforementioned psychic, handyman, and stripper — the truth behind the town’s troubles begins to unravel.
