HAPPY HOLIDAYS
To celebrate the holidays, and the Williamston Theatre production of Over The River And Through The Woods, we’ll be posting some recipes from Aida’s kitchen.  She’s decided that sharing some of her Italian Desserts is a good idea for this time of year!

butterballs

Butter Balls

1 lb. Butter

1 t. Vanilla

4 C. Walnuts

½ C Powdered Sugar

4 C Flour

Roll into ball & bake at 350 degrees, for 10 to 15 minutes.  When luke-warm, roll into powdered sugar.  Let set and roll again 2 more times.

Best served with coffee!
