Molly Garner
Bio
Molly Garner is an actor, teacher and choreographer who moved to Michigan in 2024. Bad Books is her first production with Williamston Theatre. She moved her from Indiana, where she played a drunken Gay Wellington in You Can’t Take It With You at the Indianapolis Repertory Theatre, the stern Annie Cannon in Silent Sky with Summit Performance Group, and Alice Murphy in the Phoenix Theatre’s Bright Star. Her New York credits include three national tours: Billy Elliot, Mary Poppins and 101 Dalmatians, directed and choreographed by Jerry Zaks and Warren Carlyle, respectively. In spring of 2025 she choreographed Titanic at the University of Michigan’s prestigious musical theatre program. Other regional credits include roles at Barrington Stage Company, the MUNY, the Gateway Playhouse, Musical Theatre West, and West Virginia Public Theatre, among others. Film: Rosie’s Rescue (Amazon Prime). She has numerous commercial and voice over credits. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in Saline with her husband and two daughters.
